• Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or incorrect).

Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product:

• Contact us within 7-day of delivery.
• Share your order number, clear photos, and an unboxing video (if available).
• After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be made through the original payment method or by bank transfer, depending on the payment method used.

Exchange

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was delivered.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
• If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
